Meet Conner Draper, the energetic and knowledgeable Sales Manager at Shop Safety Store. With a tenure of three years at the Expert Safety Services (ESS) team, Conner has proven himself as an invaluable asset. His expertise extends beyond sales; he is a certified PPE Competent Person and an esteemed PPE Trainer, showcasing his deep understanding and commitment to workplace safety.
Conner's credentials are further enhanced by his IWCA Authorized RDS Certification, positioning him as an authority in the field. His partnership with Petzl as a PPE Competent Person and Instructor reflects his dedication to not just selling safety equipment but ensuring its correct usage and application.
His role at Shop Safety Store involves more than just leading sales strategies; it's about providing solutions that ensure the safety and wellbeing of workers in challenging environments. Conner's passion for safety, combined with his extensive knowledge, makes him a key figure in driving the mission of Shop Safety Store forward.
Michael Draper
Mr. Safety
Michael has spent the last 25 years in and around the window cleaning and pressure washing industries. He has owned a successful company in Central IL that provided window cleaning and pressure washing services in the areas of store front, residential, mid-rise and high rise buildings. He has been heavily involved with the IWCA for many of those years even serving on the board of directors for a brief time and being certified by the IWCA as a Rope Descent Specialist. Michael also worked for a safety distributor helping companies not only select but also train employees on the proper use of safety equipment. Recently, he is an authorized anchor inspector and authorized trainer for several fall protection manufacturers as well as an approved trainer of the IWCA. Michael also serves as the Safety Director for the Power Washers of North America PWNA.
